The only real secure option left is a personal conversation over the phone (or Teams or WhatsApp, for that matter). But in order to avoid having to spell out the password here (crisis!), especially with long and complex passwords, it would be a great idea to have a common platform for something like this. In other words: both visitors see the same page and choose the same password together over the phone.
Agree on a common password

The procedure is simple but secure. First of all, agree on a common PIN over the phone (4 digits are enough).
